Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 has been revealed in a new video trailer. It features a futuristic setting and soldiers are seen wearing exoskeleton suits and riding hover bikes. They leap great distances fighting with cloaked helicopters.

The teaser came on May 4 for the latest annual release of COD franchise. It is revealed the House of Cards actor appears as a cast in digitized powerful role, doing his best Frank Underwood impression.

Earlier, lead developer of the game, Michael Condry, had confirmed to fans and followers on Twitter they are developing the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 with competitive gaming in mind. However, he didn’t confirm whether the game will be named as such.

Leak information from insider suggests the MW4 will be set in the “near future”. The newly teased trailer also reveals the game is futuristic. New mechanics are seen in it, something similar to the Active Radar from Titanfall. Soldiers are also seen scaling up walls with special gloves.

The video trailer is shot and cut-scene style. There is no hint about the gameplay elements that users will be able to use. Even there is no hint whether it will be single-player or limited to multiplayer only.

Sledgehammer Games is leading the game. Earlier it took the development of Modern Warfare 3 after departure of several members of Infinity Ward from publisher Activision.

Meanwhile, though Activision has confirmed the game will be focused on the next-generation systems, but it will also be made available on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 as well.
