March 2, 2015 - By Jan Rainey

Fast and Furious 7 has two new TV spots. The movie comes out on April 7th, and many people are getting excited to see what they will come up with. Many people are looking forward to the new movie, especially since Paul Walker is in a lot of the footage from what we’ve seen so far. The two new TV spots both have some new clips that we haven’t seen anywhere else.

Most of the trailers do show footage that you’ve already seen before, especially if you’re a diehard fan and have watched a lot of the earlier trailers. The new clips show fighter jets and other short action sequences that we haven’t seen before. They are mostly less than a second or two in length. Fast and Furious 7 looks to be one of the more popular movies in the franchise. Despite being the 7th movie in the series, it is actually the first movie in the series since the third one to advance the storyline.

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift was the third movie in the franchise, and the last one that technically advanced the storyline forward. The fourth through sixth movies all take place between the second and third movie chronologically. The seventh movie will deal with the aftermath of the third movie, when the team goes after Ian Shaw, which is Owen Shaw’s brother. It is revealed that Ian Shaw is the person who kills Han by crashing into his car in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.

Because Han is technically still alive in the previous Fast and the Furious movies, he still appears in those films. Ian Shaw goes after the rest of the Fast and the Furious crew because they take down his brother Owen. Paul Walker, one of the main characters died while filming this movie, so it was delayed a little bit due to script rewrites.

His two brothers, Caleb and Cody Walker stepped in to film some of the remaining parts of his scenes. It’s been said that Paul Walker won’t be killed off in the movie, but will rather not participate in one of the final parts of the movie. From what’s been shown in the trailers so far, it appears that he is an active participant in all the crew’s plans.
